Horrible!!!

I made the big mistake to order from here instead of another app I always order my food without any issues. I am very very mad and disappointed , they made me wait 2 hours for the food and I got a call from the delivery service saying the order was running behind so they would waive the delivery fee. I was okay with it. Then, all of the sudden after 2 hours they just decided to cancel my order without any notice!!! I contacted them and they told me the restaurant was closed which it wasnt true! They gave me a credit and refunded the amount however, they shouldnt let anyone wait over 2 hours and then just cancel the order! This is very poor service! I dont recommend anyone to use this app if you do not want to starve!
