Overall my favorite delivery app. honest and accurate review

first, i want to say that eat 24 isnt responsible for late deliveries, the restaurant you order from is and i think its unfair that late or poor quality food be blamed on eat24.
that being said here is a pro and con list for this app.

pros:
1.) they offer good customer service. if did is late they will be on top of it. they will argue on the behalf of the customer and if a restaurant that goes through eat24 provides poor service, eat24 will get you refunds or free dishes. i speak from personal experience.

2.) The user interface is smooth and allows for the user to easily sort out restaurants by price, distance, food genre, delivery vs pickup, and even which place offers coupons.

3.) delivery through eat24 is cheaper than basically every other delivery app. Ive used grubhub, postmates, ubereats, and a myriad of other delivery apps and few offer a low delivery fee line eat24.

4.) There are a ton of ea24 coupons online for 2$ off. my only that but there are several restaurants that off credit back for eat24.
that means, if you order from sat Restaurant A and spend $20. you will get $2 back into your eat24 wallet which you can use on other stores on their app.

5.) eat24 saves past orders which makes reordering easy :)

now for the cons:
1.) unlike other delivery apps, their choices in restaurants is... lacking. companies like postmates and uber deliver from anywhere (for extra fee) and even grubhub has a larger selection of restaurants to choose from than Eat24.

2.) about 30-40% of the restaurants on eat24 are poor quality or "hit or miss" restaurants. when ordering i highly suggest you read reviews on yelp before purchasing. and when i mean poor quality, Im generally referring to the pizza places.
