Used the App for the first time after being offered a $5 off coupon on my initial purchase (I love coupons), and watched the cost be reduced by said $5 but then go back up after choosing to pay Cash. I wouldnt have minded so much if that had been mentioned as a condition in the initial offering!

Wrong food

Complete & easy to use! No more mispronouncing foreign words when ordering Chinese, Japanese, or Italian food! Its even VoiceOver compatible!!! Thanks E24!!!

The custome service is great, got refunded once for a late order and ever had any problems. Been using the app for 2 years <3

Soo much diversity, soo many many re places to order from even after living in this city most of my life I find myself finding places where Ive never seen, eaten or heard of before. And for the adventurous eaters that is a paradise

Ive not had any problems ordering my food. I order from a local restaurant that does its own delivery. The order is always early. My biggest gripe with GrubHub was the inability to pay with a credit card via PayPal. Im not sure why they handled transactions this way. With Yelps Eat24, the order process is great and I can safely pay with my credit card using PayPal. I suspect others are having issues with an outside delivery service hired by Eat24.

Found this gem while searching for cheap eats in New Orleans. So glad to have it! Easy to navigate; love it. <3

The only real complaint is the initial delivery times displayed when browsing the restaurant list, once you place an order the "updated" delivery time is always considerably longer than what was originally shown, otherwise it works as expected.

When your feeling HANGRY &a LAZY (Im sure you stoners can relate). This is the quickest way to find all food delivering locations nearest you! Problem MF solved!

It has now been almost 2 hours since I placed my order and I still havent gotten my food! When I placed order it didnt seem to work the same way I have had it work in the past. I feel like something happened online when I placed my order and my order never got submitted even though it kept telling me it did. I couldnt track it the way I usually can. And then when I finally emailed about it because it had been an hour and a half and past the time that they told me it would be I had to talk with someone who I I think finally told them to make the order! Not very reliable!!!!!!

would want it in landscape mode because my ipad is in a keyboard case. thats all! :) we use it all the time.

Never a huge fan of grubhub so I was presently surprised when I used this service. I was hungry one night and in a lazy mood so great motivation to try something new but it was great. Easy to use, fast restaurant service, over all good experience. This is one Yelp service Ill use.....at least until google inevitably makes something better after all. Only problem worth mentioning is that the app is ridiculously slow. At first I thought my internet was just bugging out on me but nope its the app. It pretty much has one speed that it does everything at speed and that speed is much closer to a snail the a rabbit if I might say. I guess it could be compatibility with my phone or something, but I doubt it cause its a brand new 7 plus.

Applied a $5 off code & was ready to submit an order. Unfortunately the card was input wrong. I went back to fix it and reapply the code - but it would NOT let me use it, stating "for first time users only". I did not even submit he order... Lame.

I am so sick of this app not working. I enter my payment info, and it just wont work. Time to move onto something else!

This app is amazing. Love it for the D.C./MD/VA area. Havent tried it anywhere else yet. Its got spunky humor and I like the customer protection it has with your payment info and communicating with a restaurant. The only thing Id change is the ability to quick label your saved cards. I share the account with my boyfriend and weve got like 6 cards on there and never remember which one is what, so that can be kind of annoying. Otherwise, totally recommend for all your lazy eating adventures.
