Eat24 Food Delivery App Reviews

The wait times for Eat24 are the most horrendous thing Ive ever experienced. You can order food and it will take over 1.5 hours for it to be delivered. If I wanted to wait that long, I would cook myself a four or five course meal.

Love the app. Can become addicting at times...wish there were more restaurants that delivered in my area.

I would love if this service worked as designed. Ive tried to use this service several times for several locations and the food always comes late or worse never arrives. Youre better off calling in for orders than relying on Yelp eat24.

Great app - easy to use

Obviously a cool idea but the implementation is clumsy. Im not using it anymore, every time I use it I come up with a really good order, get all excited - and then the app doesnt tell me until I check out that Im not in the delivery area for the restaurant I picked (because it said it did initially). Useless except to peruse menus.

Great food app that works well and offers tons of special options!

So happy to live in a city that this works in! You get to filter local restaurants by review and delivery. Would love if they could start delivering alcohol in Denver too!

By far my favorite way to order take out. Eat24 is easy to use and the customer service people Ive encountered have always been super friendly and helpful.

It was initially crashing and lagging two months ago but its really improved with the last two updates. Much smoother. Though I keep getting g confused on tipping when I first go into the payment section. Something is off in grabbing my eye on it but I dont think thats the app as much as me cause I cant think of a way to make it jump out more. I just dont remember it being that easy to over look two revisions ago Other than that Im soooo hooked on order through Eat24!!

Placed order. Walked to restaurant. It was closed. Had to talk to a rude chat agent in the app to get a refund. Asked her to update the restaurants info so future orders wouldnt be sent while it was closed. She didnt even acknowledge the problem and just cancelled the order as if I had "changed my mind". I will continue to use GrubHub instead.

Easy to use, remembers my orders, and stays up to date w newest restaurants

Communication breakdowns between Eat24 and the restaurants they work with mean your order WILL get messed up but the reason why Im not using this app any more is that when that happens they refuse to take any - not even a little - responsibility for it.

Love the app just wish there was more of a selection of restaurants to order from. I cant believe Sicilys isnt one. After a certain time you have one selection or SOL.

This review is about the app/service itself (as opposed to reviews about how a restaurant forgot napkins). 1. Options - the service has an extremely limited number of restaurant options to order from compared to 2 or 3 of the bigger rivals. 2. Slow - loading views and results when searching is extremely slow. Ive noticed this on the website as well as on the app. 3. Poor UX - some buttons (especially that button that lets you go to different menu sections is really tough to touch). 4. Feels "cheap" - this doesnt feel like a native app. It feels more like a bad a port from some other language or its using lots of web views. Whatever the case is, it doesnt "feel" iOS-like (it doesnt look and feel "smooth"). Ill probably only continue using the service when I have a discount code. Otherwise there are better options out there.

Even in a more rural area now able to order delivery online. Apple Pay! What else could you ask for? I hear the vendors have a price they have to give but I hope that will go down to get more biz on board!

Downloaded the app as it was recommended. I noticed right away there were no restaurants listed in my area everything was a minimum of 10-15 miles and what was listed were all close...really these are national chains that are open late and 7 days a week. These same chains are less than 5 miles away from me and "opened". I checked the settings and there is minimal options to manipulate heck why put in a zip code or use the location service if it is not going to use it
