Eat24, messed up, covered it up, stole $2 from my family. I screenshot my orders and checked their edit. I have evidence. Dont trust Eat24!

Nice when you are lazy and dont want to leave the comfort of your home.

Easy and simple. The wait is long sometimes too long. But it is nice to have a nice meal brought to my home.

I love using this app! Its easy to order and the food is delivered on time or earlier. Its also great to get updates on my order. So far Ive had a great experience.

I cant log in with my Yelp credentials. I only have access via that method. It renders the app unusable.

Im in awe of just how horrible the customer service is! I placed an order and received a confirmation email so business as usual. Well, an hour after I placed the order (which is when my meal was due to be delivered) I receive and email and phone call within seconds of each other letting me know my order has been canceled by the restaurant. Unbelievable! Apparently the restaurant closed after I placed my order. I was confused that it took them an hour after I ordered to communicate this!! When I spot to the eat24 customer service rep she kept saying it wasnt her fault instead of focusing on how to make the situation right. All should would offer me was 5 dollar credit and a 2 dollar coupon. Why would I risk spending my money, even with this 7 dollar discount (which equates to an appetizer, really) by trying this app again after this horrible experience? All I was asking for was reassurance that this would never happen again as I order eat24 weekly. I cant believe they were so unwilling to do more to keep a loyal customer! Im never using this app again.

This app is awesome! Makes it so freakin easy to order anything in your area with speed! Loveee

I like the app. I wish it had access to the minimum price for delivery not just free or not.

Hello, I like the app but I wish there could be the ability to delete restaurants that where not good from past orders and also would like to have a little more variety... I know some restaurants that deliver and arent event on the app. Hope for improvement soon.

I use this app a lot, at least once a week. I get lunch when Im at work or order on the weekend when Im home and dont want to go out. So far Ive never a problem with them. My orders always get delivered as promised and they always email you a $2 off coupon to use on the weekends. I specially love their silly emails. They never fail to get me laughing.

But Im okay with it. Get food made to order and delivered to your door with minimal human interaction. Perfect for when you need to be a hermit and just chill at your Fortress Of Solitude. You dont even have to wear clothes. Throw on a robe to answer the door, but otherwise let your crotch hamster be free! Just dont spill hot sauce on it

I usually enjoy this app but last night I waited two hours for an order that never came. Eat24 Support told me that the restaurant had gotten busy for a moment but my order would be there in 10-15mins. The restaurant told me that their Eat24 service "freaked out" but my order was sent out for delivery. It still never came. After that headache Im now contemplating deleting this app as well as avoiding that restaurant.

Ordered a pizza and got wrong delivery. Meat pizza instead of veggie and it took them total 2 hrs to tell me that my order is cancelled when they said they will deliver me the correct order. And their customer service is the worst There are a lot of better apps to order food

I love the idea of this app. The execution? Inconsistent, mostly disappointing. The delivery times are often twice what is promised, and by the time the food gets here its sometimes wrong and often cold. Weve tried it thirty times and half the time something goes wrong. I know its difficult coordinating hundreds of independent restaurants, but as of this moment, I ordered two hours ago, was promised a delivery time of 45 minutes, and my food hasnt left the restaurant. It will be a long time before I order from this app or that restaurant again.

Restaurant said it was the eat24s order confirmation system being broken, and the eat24 rep told me they were just late on their order. Wound up just being hangry and hating everyone

Seriously .. This app is crapp..10:00pm on a Saturday and only 4 places to choose from.. Schaumburg not bumble f --- what a joke ..

This is what I consider a real phone app! Exceptional!
