Review by Anti Social Media I swear, this is the worst app ever. What the hell?? I downloaded it from a link in Yelp at my fav restaurant that uses this service for online ordering. In Yelp, the service works great. When using the app, the restaurant doesnt exist! How can you NOT include a restaurant that uses your service? I hope they arent paying to use this service - that might *gasp* make the owner of this service a certified crook. Given the many restaurants that arent appearing in the app even though they use the service... Im going to go out on a limb and call this app "dishonest" and "utterly useless." Congrats.

Ive used the app all of twice lol but so far I really like it. I think its great they offer coupons weekly. Like I said, this was the second time using the app and the process was very easy. I would definitely use again.

I loved the restaurant prior to this app. It makes it so much easier to get my favorite grub delivered.

Im finding that there are not a lot of selections in the area I am in but the app is user-friendly and is pretty good as far as delivery fees. I do use it at least once a week

We only have one restaurant available in our small town but it was really easy. I didnt choose delivery either. Ive seen some reviews not happy with delivery times. Not sure if thats a problem with the app or the restaurant... I hope other restaurants in my town sign up soon!

I liked the ease of creating an account, also the features to add and remove items from cart. Good version

Hands down a fantastic way to order food at the touch of a button! Ive had many lazy day modes where I did not wish to cook or go out for food and this App and service has made it so conveniently easy to order food from very delicious restaurants around my area. The deliveries always come on time, fresh and hot and I have never encountered any problems yet with this service. This apps vital to my lifestyle and I find appreciate in the way its kept updated and offers coupons and incentives for dedicated customers. They also blog and reach out to customers whom have had issues to correct problems and extend coupons and incentives to remedy for their satisfaction. Thats an A+ in my book when the company pays attention to its customers! To simply conclude, well done!

I made a typo in entering my email and now there is now way to change it from any of the account settings. Not very well thought thorough I would say.

It took an hour to have to get food. It wouldnt recognize any of my credit cards in the app. I dont recommend.

Easy to use app on the first try. Items I placed in the cart did not show up at checkout so I had to go back and add them but was able to do it on the second try. Checkout was convenient. Will definitely use the app again.

Dont trust this app!! It is not Yelp. I dont know why Apple allows this app to say "Yelp Eat24" when its not affiliated with Yelp at all. The app recommended some pizza place in Seattle that does exist but then listed a wrong phone number. This phone number went to some sketchy guys who took the pizza order and then the second they got the credit card number they hung up and wouldnt answer again. My friend had several hundred dollars cleared from her account before the bank froze the transactions. 0/10 would not download again.

I have used GrubHub in the past, but now Im all about Eat24. Menus are easy to read on a phone and it doesnt seem like its trying too hard to be hip. Also love the card scan feature. The future of food delivery has arrived and its name is Eat24. I dont know why everyone is complaining about customer service as I have had nothing but good experiences with checking delivery status and getting refunds for items not delivered. If only the places actually making and delivering the food were as quick and efficient as Eat24!

I love this app, I dont know why people Are leaving negative reviews about it it works perfectly, just remember this is a new app and the person you are ordering from has to learn the app too, I get my food within 30 minutes every time I order from the app
