Eat24 Food Delivery App Reviews

I downloaded the app and used for the first time last week. After placing the order and having my credit card charged, the app gave me an estimate delivery of 1 hr. Then 10-15 minutes later I received a text stating, the merchant doesnt have a driver that night so I can either come pick up the food or cancel. I can understand restaurants occasionally dont have issues, but the app should not have allowed me to place the order. Then an email came states my refund will take 5 business days. Wth? The app is not smart enough to block out merchants who do not offer delivery. How could it let the order go thru? Anyways, I ordered elsewhere and the food arrive in less than 30 minutes. No more EAT24 for me. I am still waiting for my refund. No food, no refund, not impressed. I am giving you a 2 stars, because the app was easy to use. When the service improves I might give it another try. There are so many good options out there that I doubt I will try EAT24 again any time soon. Best of luck!

I absolutely love ordering through Yelp. I would give it 6 stars if I could. When they took down ordering via the original app, I was forced to download this app, which was fine. Everything went smoothly until checkout, when I was notified that the restaurant was "closed for vacation". Ive been to this place for years, they were not closed. I called and place my order via the phone instead. They need to fix this bug, and at the very least, put a more truthful reason as to why orders cannot be placed at this time. They could dishonestly turn other customers away from businesses like this.

A good selection a nearby restaurants. Delivery is usually faster than expected.

I use this app in the metro Denver area and no complaints so far! It saves my orders, sends me coupons from time to time, updates me on the status of my order, and its super easy and convenient! Cant really ask for me than that!

It works ok for restaurant searches, but it has a few glitches with leaving reviews because it wouldnt save the photos I uploaded. As for their customer service.... I received a bad food order. My fruit dish was close to being rotten and my orange chicken dish had a bunch of fried bone cartilage instead of chicken. I sent yelp pictures and corresponded with them over a few hours and their resolution after all that effort was, we will refund you $7 or you can contact the restaurant yourself. Really? If that was the case, I wouldve done that to begin with. Why waste my time over several hours of email correspondence if $7 is the scope of your ability to resolve an issue. That wouldnt even cover the cost of my fruit dish?

Can never get this app to work. Always crashes. Cant even save my address. Cant use current location. Wish I could use it and rate higher.

This app works great. No issues lately. I just wish that a lot more restaurants were available.

Ok, the reason I rate it low is I entered into the filter "delivery only" and the results gave me "pick up" locations. Seems pretty basic that should not happen. Bad coding.

Ive lived near restaurants that wouldnt deliver because of differences between neighbors. This is the first time Ive been able to get a restaurant thats a mile a way and in business for over 10 years to deliver here. Thank you!!!

The app was crashing immediately on launch but I managed to fix it but simply restarting.

Excellent user friendly app. Makes ordering takeout or delivery dangerously easy!

I absolutely love this app, the only draw back is the delivery times for some of the restaurants, but other thank that it is a great way to get food to the table, sometimes in a hurry,lol; without leaving the house.

I just wish more restaurants used it!

The new version of this app hangs whenever I try to delete current stored credit card payment info and add new payment info.

Ordering food has become very convenient. Highly recommend this App.
