Eat24 Food Delivery App Reviews

I cant even search by restaurant name! No functionality for that. Im not searching for a restaurant close to my HOME, so not having that functionality makes NO sense. When you travel how many people know what zip code they are in? None. Which brings me to my second point, I have to search by zip code AND a street address. -- not city and state. Huh??? I dont have a physical street address since Im looking for something in a city that I dont live in. I found a pizza place on line that has a link to your app on their page, yet it doesnt come up in the list when I search by zip code (I had to google the company to get the zip code in the first place in order to even use your app). Lots of work on my end to find the zip code for another city I am unfamiliar with. Why not allow a search by city and state? Thats way more user friendly and more logical than what you have here. Bye bye.

I dont really write reviews but I had to for eat24 because this app is awesome! It makes ordering food so easy!

This app used to work so smoothly. With the update it freezes each time I click a new page. Dont even get me started on trying to delete my old credit card info.

Love the app...delivery is slow though...if Im paying delivery fees, then things should be way prompter and fast!

So apparently its IMPOSSIBLE to remove your credit card info. I guess they want that for posterity even if youd like to delete the app when you no longer have a use for it anymore. Nice.

Great app all around. I made an error on an order and needed to cancel; emailed customer service and was replied back within minutes with a refund conformation from a order that I goofed on. A suggestion would be to have more food delivery options.

Whats with the constant app updates? get it right, then send it out. Your app is like having Windows installed...daily updates and quirky annoying descriptions that tell the user NOTHING! Other than that...its wonderful!

All I want to do is order food for pick-up on my way home, so I can just swing by and don’t have to make an extra trip. I have food in my cart > I select "PICKUP” > I hit “Checkout" > I would LOVE to “Continue to payment”, but all I get is an Oops message saying I have to select an address. WHAT address? I’m picking it up! Besides, there isn’t even a place to enter an address. This is so useless.

Theres now an easy way for you to find new places who will deliver, look at photos of the food, and get reviews from Yelp all while creating an order. Awesome!

I stumbled on to this site and Ive been using it every since. Its easy and I love that it remembers and shows you the last restaurant that your ordered from.
