Used to be great, new layout is total crap, no landscape mode, drill down after drill down... pretty much a giant step backwards, like we stepped back in time 6 years. Fail Yelp, try again.

Excellent app, never have issues and works every time. Best part is all of the options I have in my area. Really gives me a chance to explore surrounding restaurants without having to leave my house. Time estimates are very useful as well.

I made the big mistake to order from here instead of another app I always order my food without any issues. I am very very mad and disappointed , they made me wait 2 hours for the food and I got a call from the delivery service saying the order was running behind so they would waive the delivery fee. I was okay with it. Then, all of the sudden after 2 hours they just decided to cancel my order without any notice!!! I contacted them and they told me the restaurant was closed which it wasnt true! They gave me a credit and refunded the amount however, they shouldnt let anyone wait over 2 hours and then just cancel the order! This is very poor service! I dont recommend anyone to use this app if you do not want to starve!

Have used Eat24 three times, and each time our order has been wrong. Wont be using this anymore.

Ive used eat24 to order delivery a few times and EVERY time I order from them the food takes well over an hour to arrive. It doesnt matter if Im ordering a meal or just a couple of pre-made desserts it always takes around 1-2 hours for food to come. I contact eat24 and they blame the restaurants but I know theyre just lying because when I order from the same restaurants on other apps like uber eats or grubhub the food always arrives within 40 minutes at the very most. Dont use this app there are so many other good apps and companies to order from.

This app makes it very convenient to order from home or when were traveling! Five stars!

The app needs work. Orders get lost. Theres very little traceability. Its difficult to get information on your order when it does go through. If youre lucky enough to have UberEATS in your area, stick with that.

On our first ( and last ) order from an Indian restaurant, the meal came without rice?!!! Unfathomably bad. Like, how do you forget rice lol... anyhow, dont waste your time, deleting the application as I finish this review .

first, i want to say that eat 24 isnt responsible for late deliveries, the restaurant you order from is and i think its unfair that late or poor quality food be blamed on eat24. that being said here is a pro and con list for this app. pros: 1.) they offer good customer service. if did is late they will be on top of it. they will argue on the behalf of the customer and if a restaurant that goes through eat24 provides poor service, eat24 will get you refunds or free dishes. i speak from personal experience. 2.) The user interface is smooth and allows for the user to easily sort out restaurants by price, distance, food genre, delivery vs pickup, and even which place offers coupons. 3.) delivery through eat24 is cheaper than basically every other delivery app. Ive used grubhub, postmates, ubereats, and a myriad of other delivery apps and few offer a low delivery fee line eat24. 4.) There are a ton of ea24 coupons online for 2$ off. my only that but there are several restaurants that off credit back for eat24. that means, if you order from sat Restaurant A and spend $20. you will get $2 back into your eat24 wallet which you can use on other stores on their app. 5.) eat24 saves past orders which makes reordering easy :) now for the cons: 1.) unlike other delivery apps, their choices in restaurants is... lacking. companies like postmates and uber deliver from anywhere (for extra fee) and even grubhub has a larger selection of restaurants to choose from than Eat24. 2.) about 30-40% of the restaurants on eat24 are poor quality or "hit or miss" restaurants. when ordering i highly suggest you read reviews on yelp before purchasing. and when i mean poor quality, Im generally referring to the pizza places.

I tried it once as a guest and the order was over an hour and about 15 minutes late. No way to track because theres a problem reaching the restaurant. Few months later I try agin. Order about 15 minutes late again and missing an item. When I inform them--no response! I have a family Im trying to feed, so if youre not going to be reliably telling me when food will arrive, or not helping when things are missing, Im out. Dont use this! Grubhub or local contact!

Easy to use and extremely practical!! Long gone are the days of driving to pick up food!!

Use GrubHub or delivery.com. Two times now this app has not delivered food to me. Hopefully I will get a refund. There are so many better options out there.

I honestly use this app, to save my long distance relationship. When my girlfriend is having a crappy day at work, I used this great APP. and sent her a gourmet lunch that saved me from days of me trying to verbally encourage and be positive and overlook her few but apparent character flaws. (We all have them) Anyway, called placed the order on this APP. at Noon and the order was ready for her by 1:45pm. I knew the businesses are getting use to the idea of automated ordering, so, I prevented the possibility of a tardy-and-AFTER-received-lunch. This APP needs more support, so we can have more selections and get everyone on board. About time suburban areas have home deliveries for all types of restaurants like the BiG cities. FYI: Yelp helped me use this APP!

I was automatically rerouted to this service at yelp while trying to place an online delivery order from Taste of Asia restaurant in Alexandria, VA. When I hit submit order I promptly received the notification regarding the time of delivery which was like 40 minutes away, provided its a Saturday night seems reasonable. But I got a call from driver in 19 minutes that he is outside- I was like wow!! This was incredibly fast service provided it takes time for food to cook too. The food order was totally complete and we got extremely hot and fresh food. Cant be more pleased, will order again in future. Thank you!!

I love everything about this, great selection, easy to use... occasional delivery issues but thats not the apps fault! Keep the coupons coming!
